Wu Tao

Currently serves as Secretary of the School of Civil Engineering. Takes overall responsibility for the work of the School’s Party Committee, and is in charge of the School’s leadership team building, personnel work, ideological and political construction, Party Committee theoretical central group learning, and work related to safety and stability. Liaises with the Department of Municipal Engineering.

Xing Guohua

Currently serves as Dean of the School of Civil Engineering and Member of the Security and Protection Committee. Takes overall responsibility for the School’s administrative work, development, and construction, and is in charge of the School’s financial work, high-level talent team building, discipline planning, construction, and security and protection work. Assists the Secretary in managing personnel work. Also responsible for degree program construction and graduate teaching management. Liaises with the Department of Architectural Engineering, the Department of Built Environment and Energy Engineering, and the Department of Engineering Mechanics.

Meng Qingpeng

Currently serves as Deputy Secretary, Vice Dean of the School of Civil Engineering, Secretary of the Disciplinary Inspection Commission of the School, and Propaganda Member. In charge of the School’s publicity work. Assists the Dean in administrative management, asset management, and social service work; oversees the School’s disciplinary inspection, Party conduct and integrity construction, teacher ethics construction, faculty Party building, trade union work, alumni work, website construction, and fire safety work. Manages the School Office. Liaises with the Department of Engineering Cost Estimation‌.

Ma Yihang

Currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the School of Civil Engineering, Organization Member, and Youth Member. In charge of the work of the Youth Working Committee. Assists the Dean in the daily management of undergraduate and graduate students, employment work, construction of the secondary Party school, ideological and political education for students, and student Party building as well as League and student work. Manages the Student Affairs Office. Liaises with the Department of Intelligent Construction.

Zhao Xiaohong

Currently serves as Vice Dean of the School of Civil Engineering. Assists the Dean in scientific research management and construction, laboratory management and construction, and young talent team building; also assists the Dean in managing high-level talent team building. Liaises with the Civil Engineering Laboratory, Building Structure and Seismic Laboratory, and Municipal and HVAC Experimental Center.

Tian Wei

Currently serves as Vice Dean of the School of Civil Engineering and a United Front Work Member. In charge of the School’s united front work. Assists the Dean in undergraduate teaching management, undergraduate program construction, and foreign exchange and cooperation work. Liaises with the Department of Underground Engineering.
